Morning Routine
My routine as talked about in 2022-12-28.
- [ ] Get up at 7.00 am
- [ ] Open the window
- [ ] Wash your face & piss
- [ ] Drink 1 glass of water
- [ ] (15-20 min) Do Wim Hof breathing
- [ ] Make the bed
- [ ] Drink 1 glass of water
- [ ] Go outside for 10-20 min (movement, sunlight, cold exposure)
- [ ] (10 min) Cold shower
- [ ] 08:00 - 13:00 Distraction free creative work block
- can do Pomodoros
- [ ] after 1 h: 4 min Calisthenics mobility
- [ ] after 2 h: 3 min Neck mobility routine
- [ ] after 3 h: Lower Body mobility routine
- [ ] after 4 h: Karin Avi Beginner Mobility routine
- [ ] Eat
- [ ] Take a walk and Call someone / socialize
- [ ] Unstructured time
- [ ] (10-15 min) Meditate
- [ ] (60-90 min) Workout routine
- [ ] Reading
- [ ] 16:00-21:00 Second work block.
