Morning Routine

My routine as talked about in 2022-12-28.

  • [ ] Get up at 7.00 am
  • [ ] Open the window
  • [ ] Wash your face & piss
  • [ ] Drink 1 glass of water
  • [ ] (15-20 min) Do Wim Hof breathing
  • [ ] Make the bed
  • [ ] Drink 1 glass of water
  • [ ] Go outside for 10-20 min (movement, sunlight, cold exposure)
  • [ ] (10 min) Cold shower
  • [ ] 08:00 - 13:00 Distraction free creative work block
    • can do Pomodoros
    • [ ] after 1 h: 4 min Calisthenics mobility
    • [ ] after 2 h: 3 min Neck mobility routine
    • [ ] after 3 h: Lower Body mobility routine
    • [ ] after 4 h: Karin Avi Beginner Mobility routine
  • [ ] Eat
  • [ ] Take a walk and Call someone / socialize
  • [ ] Unstructured time
    • [ ] (10-15 min) Meditate
    • [ ] (60-90 min) Workout routine
    • [ ] Reading
  • [ ] 16:00-21:00 Second work block.
